Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Return: To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. For damaged items, provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Initiating a Return: To start a return for damaged items, describe the issue and send pictures to illustrate the problem to our support email at zohab@portifymirror.com . If your return meets the criteria, we'll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending the package. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
